• 2. A licensed physician reviews your case — habits, stress, sleep and medical history.
• 3. If they consider it necessary, they order labs. Labs are not automatic and not required for everyone. The physician decides.
• 4. If treatment is appropriate, a licensed pharmacy ships it to your door. Discreetly. Most people receive their first order within a week.
• 5. Follow-up. Dose adjustments when needed, and support for as long as your program runs.

In some states a brief telehealth appointment may be required before a prescription is issued, at no additional cost.
