Telemedicine in California

En español: Telemedicina en California para bajar de peso, en español.

California is the largest health market in the country and still one of the hardest to navigate. In Los Angeles the wait is for an appointment; in the Central Valley it is for a provider at all.

Telemedicine cuts through both. A licensed physician reviews your case whether you are in San Diego, Fresno or a town off Highway 395.

What telemedicine can do

What it CANNOT do

This matters as much as the list above:

How it works, step by step

In some states a brief telehealth appointment may be required before a prescription is issued, at no additional cost.

No waiting rooms

You do not lose two hours to traffic for a fifteen-minute visit.

You complete the form when you can — at night, on a Sunday, on your break — and a licensed physician reviews it, usually within one business day.

Where it is available

SCTS1 operates from Sunrise, Florida, and connects clients with licensed providers in all 50 states. Availability, treatment options and pharmacy fulfillment vary by state and clinical eligibility.

GLP-1 programs with FDA-approved medications (Wegovy®, Foundayo™, Ozempic®) start from $149 per month, by telemedicine, in Spanish and English. Eligibility is determined by medical evaluation. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
