Most people arrive knowing they want to feel better, but not which program fits. Here is the honest version of each one — including, in every case, who it isn't for.
Weight and body composition
GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide act on the hormone signals that regulate appetite and fullness. They are prescription treatments, evaluated case by case.
Who it isn't for: they are not a shortcut around eating and movement. They work alongside them. A licensed clinician decides whether they're appropriate for you.
Hormonal health — women and men
Hormones shift with age, and the shift shows up as fatigue, sleep problems, mood changes, or weight that behaves differently than it used to.
The honest answer starts with labs, not a prescription. If your numbers are normal, the answer may be that hormones aren't your issue.
Peptide therapy
Peptides are messengers — short chains of amino acids that tell cells what to do. Different peptides carry different messages: tissue repair, recovery, metabolic signaling.
What you should know: much of the peptide research is still preclinical — animal or laboratory studies. None are FDA-approved for these uses.
Sexual health
This is the category people research privately and rarely ask about out loud. Options exist for both men and women, and the evaluation is confidential.
Keep in mind: low desire has many causes — hormones, sleep, stress, medication side effects, relationships. Treatment addresses some of those, not all.
Longevity and immunity
NAD+, glutathione, and low-dose naltrexone are studied for cellular energy, inflammation balance, and immune support.
The evidence here is mixed. Some is promising, some is early. Anyone who tells you these are proven anti-aging treatments is overselling.
Skin and hair
GHK-Cu is the one peptide in this space with real human studies behind the topical form — measurable changes in firmness and texture over about 12 weeks.
The distinction almost nobody makes: the injectable version does not have that same evidence for skin outcomes.
Lab testing
This is where good treatment starts. Labs turn “I feel off” into something a clinician can act on, and turn progress into numbers you can see.
Panels are available through Quest and Labcorp when clinically appropriate.
