How our text message program works, and how your information is protected.
SCTS1 offers an SMS/text messaging program to send appointment reminders, order and shipping updates, and (only if you separately opt in) occasional promotional messages about our wellness programs.
How you opt in
You opt in only by checking the separate, optional SMS consent box on our callback or intake form. The SMS box is unchecked by default, and permission to receive a phone call does not constitute SMS consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving care.
Program details
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@scts1.com or 754-203-9907.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
